We are now looking for a business-oriented Communication leader to join the journey. You will play a vital role in enabling cross-functional movements that will impact how we long term operate IKEA. You will do that through transparent, inspiring and clear communication. Together with colleagues you will work with IKEA priorities such as e.g. product information management, customer facing communication and virtual product. Job Description
As a Communication leader you act as a partner to leaders within Business functions and Data & Technology in Core business range, contributing to the Digital journey we are on. You will be part of a Communication team that has the assignment to work with priorities connected to Developing the offer. You will work cross-functional to enable transparent and inspiring communication across Inter IKEA, also very much contributing to better learning and understanding of how data & technology can enable business movements.
You enjoy translating complexity into simplified messages – still with enough content to ensure stakeholders step by step get onboarded to the journey. As Communication leader you will together with colleagues:
Develop transparent, inclusive and clear communication to enable the journey IKEA is on to transform its digital capabilities
Identify communication needs and key messages and develop communication plans and content to meet the short- and long-term needs.
Coach and support leaders in communication matters and contribute with relevant content to various internal communication channels and meetings.
Secure a transparent and sustainable information/communication flow throughout Inter IKEA and to the many stakeholders across the IKEA network as well as with external partners.
Contribute to a shared Inter IKEA digital communication agenda and identify opportunities for alignment and development

Qualifications
About you

We believe you are passionate about communication as a business enabler and tactical tool to lead business and people and to drive engagement. We believe you have an knowledge and understanding of working with business and communication planning and execution, and an understanding of how communication supports and increases the impact of a business agenda.
We are looking for a visionary, pragmatic and adaptable colleague with the ability to dive into topics and work towards creating simplified messages and securing IKEA tone of voice. You are curious and able to build trustful relationships and networks with stakeholders, business partners and communication colleagues.
