Communication Manager

Purpose of role: To develop and lead core global communication projects to effectively market medical device products and services to drive global sales and revenues and to achieve strategic business targets.Areas of responsibility: -Project manage a wide range of communication projects, including the development of core promotional material for products or services with a focus on meeting the needs of our target audiences and for global application.Work in cooperation with project leaders and regional marketing contacts ensuring global consistency and application of materials.Typical examples can be consumer films, kits and print material, multimedia and print material for professionals, user stories etc. -Responsible for global user and customer case stories.Coordinate and work closely with regions and project leaders/teams to maintain a database of approved user photos, film and quotations for endorsements and use in marketing material.Responsible for ensuring all contracts, forms and legal requirements are fulfilled. Personal profile: -Passionate about communications with a degree in communications.-Demonstrated track-record in developing and managing communications in an international company.-Demonstrated track-record in proactive Project Management.-Experience working with and managing internal and external agencies.-At least 3 years relevant industry/career experience.-Experience creating B2B and B2C communications deliverables.-Customer service orientated.-Ability to work in teams and to manage groups of colleagues in projects.-Ability to work on a global basis with a wide range of culture diversity.-Focused on results.-Ability to handle multiple projects at one time working with a variety of vendors.-Flexible approach.-Helicopter view as well as details.-Creative and conceptual thinking.-High-level written and communication skills in English.English as native language is preferred.
