Communication Manager

Your role

Saab has an ongoing conversation with our stakeholders to listen, inform and keep up an informed dialouge. The Editorial Team is responsible for this in Saab's external and internal channels, including the intranet, external site and social media. We are looking for you who wants to develop this constantly.



The Editorial Team consists of, in total, six collegaues responsible for the platforms, developing them and the content, mentioned above.

This is done in close cooperation with all parts of Saab to ensure we are communicating to the right target group with the right message at the right time in the right channel.



Your profile

In the role as Communication Manager in the Editorial Team you will work with the whole process from research, planning, production and then publishing in several formats and channels. We are looking for you with experience in handling campaignes and buying ads in social media channels.

We expect you to have a strong competence in working with customer journeys and a track record of succesful previous work. A advantage is if your background is within B2B or even better B2G.


We want you to have experience of working with statistics, analysis and how to implement findings in the constant development of our communication in all channels.

You are an experienced communicator with excellent writing skills in English and preferably also in Swedish. You have the knowledge of working with planned communication in multiple channels with colleagues and are used to handling the whole content process: from idea to evaluation.



We think you are a person with great interest in digital communication development, seeking out and applying the latest thinking, and that you are a creative and pragmatic person; full of ideas and knowing how to communicate effectively in a digital world.

What you will be a part of

Group communication leads and develops communication at Saab. Editorial Communication is a unit within Group Communication and is responsible for managing Saab's editorial work, both internal and external, as well as developing our digital platforms. As a Communication Manager, you will work side by side with other communication managers and report to Head of Editorial Communication.
