ABOUT THE POSITION
You'll play a vital role in increasing the visibility and community engagement of EIT Manufacturing in North Europe (Nordics, Baltics, and the UK). You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of tasks, from planning events to creating marketing outreach targeting key stakeholders. You'll work collaboratively with a talented team at EIT Manufacturing North and the EIT Manufacturing headquarters team across Europe, to implement strategies that help to increase EIT Manufacturing's visibility and engagement within the Knowledge Innovation Community (KIC).
TASKS
Implement communication and dissemination activities, including roll-out and tailoring of communication campaigns
Manage local content production
Support the development and marketing of new services
Plan and coordinate online and offline events
Manage the communications budget and collaborate with external agencies Manage local media relations
Manage social media outreach and digital ad buys
Make EIT Manufacturing's vision and mission tangible and visible for key stakeholders locally
Act as a brand owner for all locally implemented communication and dissemination activities

WHAT WE EXPECT
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field e.g. marketing, communications, public relations, journalism
Previous experience of 5-7 years in a similar role
Previous experience of digital communication/marketing & social media
Experience of high-tech and manufacturing sector is a plus
Outstanding written, oral, and presentation skills in English and at minimum basic
Swedish; another of our North Europe languages is a plus
Demonstrated ability to use and manage social media channels effectively Experience in organizing and managing impactful events
As a person you demonstrate, strong team spirit, proactiveness, autonomy, and trustworthiness
Demonstrated marketing expertise, especially with regards to digital marketing Insight into subjects such as innovation and sustainability is a plus
Digital skills that are useful in the job: WordPress, LinkedIn ads, InDesign, Canva, MailChimp, Excel

WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
EIT Manufacturing’s Co-Location Centers (CLCs) are strategically located to link regions with high levels of manufacturing activity and advanced technology.
EIT Manufacturing is headquartered in Paris and has six Co-Location Centers in Darmstadt (Central), Vienna (East), Gothenburg (North), Milan (South), Athens (South East) and San Sebastian (West).
The role will be located at EIT Manufacturing Co-Location Center North, in Gothenburg (Sweden) with frequent traveling for meetings and events taking place at the partners' and other stakeholders’ facilities and locations.
You will be reporting to the Director of Co-Location Center North.
