Communication Manager

Are you interested in joining the Corporate Communication Projects Team focusing on leading, advising and delivering high impact communications in the bank’s strategic projects, initiatives, and prioritised focus areas? We are now looking for a Communication Manager to add to our competent and highly experienced team.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive communication plans in strategic projects, initiatives and focus areas.


- Contribute to building trust, attraction, and engagement among internal as well as external audiences.


- Collaborate with stakeholders in a variety of business areas and group functions.


- Apply a comprehensive approach to communication plans and activities, including internal, external, press and social communication.


- Contribute to the continuous development of Swedbank in an environment characterized by rapid change.


- Develop communication around Swedbank’s macro analyses and reports.


- Develop communication around sustainability and our vision of a financially sound and sustainable society.


- Contribute to the bank’s sustainable agenda.


- Collaborate smoothly with all units within Group Brand, Communication and Sustainability and the overall Swedbank Group.


What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant field.


- Experience in leading comprehensive and complex communications projects or initiatives involving many different stakeholders in a variety of business areas and group functions.


- Good understanding of Swedbank’s organisation and operating model.


- Great communication and cooperation skills, both with internal and external. stakeholders and cross-border.


- Ability to convert business priorities into strategic and target-group based communication.


- An understanding of Swedbank’s corporate segment, ranging from smaller businesses to larger corporations.


- Proactivity combined with a doer mentality and with good planning & prioritizing skills.


- Solution orientated, structured and efficient.


- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
