Communication Manager

We are looking for a Communication Manager!

Your role

As we are a small communications team, we all need to pitch in wherever and whenever it is needed.

Consequently, you need to master the most common communications tasks and tools, and you need to have a flexible and service minded approach. However, as we are growing as a business area, your focus will be on internal communication. The role typically involves ensuring organisational initiatives and projects are successfully and consistently communicated to stakeholders and employees; planning, editing and producing content for a variety of channels; and coaching managers and leaders in how to use communication as a strategic tool.



Your profile

As a person, we think you are engaged, perceptive and open-minded. You don't mind having a full schedule, working towards deadlines and running your own projects. At the same time, strong relationship building skills are key - we believe that teamwork creates the best results.



You are fluent in swedish, both verbal and written. As we collaborate with colleagues and partners all over the world you also need to be comfortable speaking and writing in English.



You may either be newly graduated with a relevant bachelor's degree or you may already have an extensive background in communications. Alternatively, you have other suitable experiences and skills with a strong interest in communication - we are looking for someone with the right mindset and personality to join our team!

You report to the Head of Communications at Dynamics who is also member of the business area's management team.
