Our Nordic & Baltic head office is placed in Gothenburg. The Communication Department in Nordic & Baltic Area is now looking for a Communication Manager. Your main focus will be to develop and maintain the overall strategic communication plan within the Nordic and Baltic as well as being directly responsible for the internal communication, media contacts, staff magazine and the Nordic and Baltic Intranet.In addition, you will have regular access to the Senior Management group including CEO.The position is located in Gothenburg and you will report to the Nordic and Baltic Sales Business Development Manager.Job responsibilities: -Nordic and Baltic Internal Communication Strategy: Drive and manage execution of Nordic and Baltic (NDC) communication strategy for internal communication incl.management communication, internal communication survey, vision & mission, NDC staff magazine, NDC Contribution to Maersk Post and NDC intranet.- Nordic and Baltic External Communication Strategy: Drive and manage execution of Nordic and Baltic communication strategy for external communication including Media & PR strategy and related activities, local web sites and crisis management.- Participate in the Senior Management group meetings when relevant.- Responsible for process of the CEO's regular news letter to the Nordic and Baltic organization.- Responsible for communication being high on the agenda when processes and decisions are to be shared internally and externally.- To proactively provide guidance and support to the Senior Management Group when communicating processes and decisions.- Ensuring follow up is done within the organizations on messages communicated.Requirements: - You have a strong background as a Communication Manager with documented Media & PR skills.- You probably have a degree in Media and communication - You have the ability to work both strategic and operational - You have experience working proactively with Senior Management Groups - You preferably have or want to obtain leadership skills - You have excellent interpersonal skills - You are creative and value working independently.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills within the English and Swedish language In return we will offer you the opportunity to make a difference in a dynamic organization and get insight to a diverse range of responsibility.We do not accept applications by mail or e-mail.
