Packaging Material & Additional Material Communication Manager

You will report to the Vice President Supply Chain Operations and Development & Engineering Communications and have your base in Lund, Sweden.

As a Communications Manager, you will help develop and implement communications strategies and plans, which add value for Packaging Material and Additional Materials and you will be a core member of the SCO/D&E communications team.One important aspect of your contribution will be building awareness and understanding amongst key stakeholders of the business value of World Class Manufacturing and supporting knowledge sharing across Tetra Pak in this continuous improvement approach.You will also be a key contributor to the Quality Programme communications effort.You can expect to travel 20-30 days per year.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Develop and drive the communications strategies and plans for Packaging Material (SCO and D&E) and Additional Material which support their business objectives, priorities and projects
- Contribute as a member of the Packaging Material and Additional Material management teams
- Provide communication support to drive effectiveness and efficiency in the Product Life Cycle and the Order Fulfilment Packaging Material processes


Kvalifikationer

You are an active listener, a clear communicator and skilled with stakeholder management.Your analytical mind and sharp business understanding enables you to quickly grasp the essence of a business issue and its communicative implications.Your cultural sensitivity in combination with a good portion of empathy and informal authority makes it easy for you to create buy-in and sell a message.

You have at least five years of proven experience with communications work in an international organisation.Several of these years, you have done strategic communication and you are an expert in the core communications competencies, including key message development and change communications.You have an in depth understanding of communication strategy development and implementation as well as of communication tools and techniques.Experience from running projects and a good understanding of the production environment are good assets to bring to this job.

You are an experienced coach and successfully blend structure and creativity in your job.You have an academic degree in a relevant area and possess superior communications skills.You stand out for your excellent English skills - both written and spoken.
