About the position
In this role your main responsibilities will be to develop and maintain the strategy for internal communication and change management at AFRY in line with our business strategy and in close collaboration with our HR-team. You will also work with the development and maintenance of the strategy for leadership communication which will include to train leaders in communicative leadership. You will work with creating and implementing best practice guidelines and processes and you will lead projects and activities within corporate and internal communication in close collaboration with the corporate communication team.
Our aim is to create informative yet easy understandable communication that speaks to all people at AFRY, no matter what role they have. This means that you will develop communication plans, key messages and Q&As as part of the change communication. You will also coordinate both the internal and the corporate communication for Sweden. You will report to Director Corporate Communication and the position is located at our headquarters in Solna, Sweden.

University degree within marketing, communications or equivalent A minimum of 5 years of experience of internal communication, leadership communication and change managementExcellent writing skills (English and Swedish)
