Our headquarters are located in Helsingborg alongside one of our production sites. Ecolean has commercial activities in 30 countries and is a partner to some of the world leading consumer brands within the food industry, mainly in the global dairy and beverage industries..

Ecolean is expanding and is now looking for a Communications Manager to be based at our headquarters in Helsingborg, Sweden. The right candidate will be in charge of Ecolean´s digital communications on a holistic and global, as well as detailed, level; covering strategy, analysis, planning, and practical management and execution of our digital communication.

About you:

You may be working in a similar role today, or perhaps you have been working for a digital agency for some time and would like to come over to the client side? Maybe you are ready to take the next step in your career, becoming responsible for our global digital communication?

We are looking for someone who is familiar with the latest digital communication strategies. Daily tasks include managing our multi-lingual company website, as well as our social media channels. This includes planning and creating content, analysing relevant data and metrics to develop our current solutions, and find further opportunities and developments. You will also identify new technologies and trends, and take responsibility for budget planning.

In addition to this, you will play an important role in guiding Ecolean on our continued digitalization journey. To do so, the ability to work cross-functionally and project lead diverse teams is a must. You will own the collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to enable efficient and effective ways of working with digital solutions and improvements within Ecolean.

A good combination of practical and tactical will be the right fit for us - someone with a positive attitude and multitasking skills.

You will report to our Global Communications Director and work closely with colleagues in our marketing companies. A few travelling days a year should be expected in this role.

We think you have…

• A degree in communication or digital marketing
• A minimum of 3-5 years practical experience within the field of digital communication
• Knowledge and experience of social media, CMS, SEM and SEO
• Data analysis experience
• Excellent oral and written communication in English, including proofreading and detailing
• … Graphic design and related software skills would be an appreciated bonus

Furthermore, you have strategic communication knowledge and skills, along with a solutions-oriented, creative, and innovative approach. You can think on your feet and are able to analyse, plan and execute in a fast and ever-changing work environment. An unpretentious doer, natural collaborator, and optimistic problem solver!
