This position is part of the Corporate Communication team based at Sandvik Mining and Construction HQ in Sandviken.The position plays an important role in the challenging work of developing our communication and change management process within Research & Development (R&D) and Merger & Acquisitions (M&A). Key performance areas Your responsibilities are primarily to: . Ensure that internal communication support our corporate strategy.. Lead, develop and maintain the communication structure within R&D and M&A functions..Ensure that all employees of acquired companies have the information required to facilitate the best integration process.. Create, edit and produce material on the Intranet.. Participate in creating and editing material in R&D and M&A presentations, brochures and other written material.. Further develop the R&D and M&A communication activities together with the global organization. . Guide & support in relation to communication- and change management issues.You will report to the Sandvik Mining and Construction Communication Manager and liaise with the Global R&D Manager, Global Business Development Manager and Global M&A Manager. Your profile The successful candidate will work in an international environment and needs to have a proven background in communication.Well developed communication, project and change management skills are required.You have editorial skills and the ability to write and edit material, news and presentations.Layout and graphical design skills as well as good understanding of intranet and other communication tools are required. In addition you have the ability to co-operate and see the "big picture".You have a proactive personality and are able to lead and structure your own work.It is a prerequisite that you are fluent in English, both oral and written.Other languages are advantageous. Frequent international travel is required.
