Communication Officer to Hoist Finance

Key responsibilities include:

You will be part of a European team that provides strategic and operational support in communication to the organization. As a communication officer, you will create value for Hoist Finance’s business by strengthening our communication through, among other things, engaging content and storytelling, in English. You are both digitally knowledgeable and a skilled project manager who understands the connection between strategic communication and business results. The role demands great personal responsibility with a strong driving force while sharing our conviction that we will be better and more efficient working together as a team.

Examples of tasks

• Project manage communication activities and messages which support branding and positioning as well as business goals

• Support Head of Communication and IR in investor relation activities and Sustainability Communication

• Create and publish on the website,social media and intranet

• Storytelling, finding stories to package communicatively

About you

We attach great importance to your personal qualities and to succeed in the role. We believe you are a great team player and see the strength in cooperation. You need to be a goal-focused, structured and an outgoing person. We believe you are a skilled communicator who easily switches between writing for different target groups and channels with good ability to anchor communication activities and projects in different parts of the organization.

Based on external and business knowledge, you contribute with advice within your area of ​​expertise to increase efficiency and quality and you have a drive to constantly develop yourself and others in your role based on the needs of the business. We believe you are used to working towards international markets and have an academic education in a relevant field.

We want you to have:

• At least three years' previous experience in external communication

• Basic financial knowledge and worked in a listed company

• Experience from working in international environments and writing and speaking in Swedish and English

• Very good writer with experience of writing for different target groups in different channels
