As a Comms Planning & Performance Leader for global markets you bring strong analytical skills and you are proactive, collaborative and displaying strong influencing skills in a multi-layer organisation. You have a strong knowledge of using insights to formulate communication plans and experience leading various planning processes, related to communication. You are motivated to develop and lead a performance driven approach to communication with outcomes related to reaching business goals.
You bring knowledge of how to leverage data science and analytics, as well as communication performance measurement tools to perform analyses and gain actionable insights for business decision making and able to evaluate the communication initiatives.
We think you have a minimum of 5-7 years of working with Communication, Marketing, Strategic Planning or equivalent, for an international organisation and a significant external and internal communication experience.
Additionally, you have:
· Ability to set, track and manage communication outcomes across multiple channels and target audiences to help ensure goals are consistently met.
· Ability to identify and manage interdependencies between Communication and other disciplines
· Ability to understand, interpret and explain data to support continuous improvement across communication initiatives
· Ability to support and influence business leaders and colleagues with the business goals and co-workers in focus
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As the Comms Planning & Performance Leader at Ingka Centres, you will develop, lead and embed a proactive, insight-driven, audience-relevant, outcome-focused, integrated, structured and agile approach to communication planning.
You will support the development of the mid/long-term communication strategy for Ingka Centres and, as part of the Communication Operations Team, support the approach to integrated communication campaign planning and management, and project leadership as required. Together with Communication Operations Manager, you will be responsible for creating Ingka Centres’ global Communications calendar, with both external and internal communications in mind.
You will develop, secure and embed an integrated communication measurement and performance approach and align with other domains and other parts of Ingka to ensure that Ingka Centres communication performance is connected within the relevant areas of the Value Creation goals.
Amongst other things you will also:
· Help identify the key positioning initiatives that need strategic planning support to increase effectiveness and efficiency towards reaching Ingka Centres Value Creation Goals.
· Secure the development of competence in the area of strategic planning within team, as well as the tools to facilitate the process.
· Help ensure communications objectives, initiatives and performance are well understood within the Communication Domain, and by the Ingka Centres Management Team, other Ingka Centres domains, and by Meeting Places/markets.
· Continuously scout the communication industry (and other industries) for, and promote within the Communication team, best practice in communication planning, performance & measurement, and processes.
In this role you will report to Global Communication Operations Manager, and be based in either Malmo in Sweden, Madrid in Spain or Warsaw in Poland.
