Job Description
As our Communications & Product Coordinator, you will have responsibility for collecting and communicating trends and product overviews and secure that products are on set and prioritized in our photoshoots. The role includes travelling.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Be the link between the Assortment & Marketing teams concerning trends and assortment and secure a relevant product mix in our different marketing activities.
Secure information flow for timelines, deadlines, activities and assortment.
Responsible for providing the assortment team information regarding updates/changes in the Commercial plan.
Develop and improve methods for the way of work between Assortment and Marketing.
Attend photoshoots; responsible for products on set and secure that the hero products are in focus in the content produced, in collaboration with the stylist and Project Manager.
Be responsible for all photo samples when it comes to planning, timing, administration, sorting, packing and unpacking, as well as logistics and transports for photo shoots



Qualifications

A problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt to new and sometimes undefined conditions are essential. You are structured and flexible with excellent communication skills. We are a small organization, and you can work high and low with the objective to grow with us as a brand. Besides your personality we see that you have:
A minimum of three years’ experience from coordinating roles in Assortment and/or Marketing where you manage product overviews, timelines or cross functional communications
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Experience in administration and documenting information and details
Experience of participating in photoshoots and film productions are meritorious

This is a fulltime permanent position, based at our Head Office in Stockholm Sweden. Start date as soon as possible.
