The main role as Communication Responsible will be to ensure effective and professional communication towards our co-workers, other IKEA units, suppliers or other external stakeholders. To be done by coaching, advice and support leaders and, also by building commitment and loyalty towards the IKEA brand by supporting an open and sharing climate where the IKEA culture is a living reality.

You will be contributing and develop internal and external communication on a strategic and operational level, based the Business plan, business needs and IKEA Global communication strategy.

Assignment:
Translate business challenges to communication needs and create strategies and activities to meet business needs.
Being a member of and contribute into IKEA Component´s Communication Matrix and the Management group in assigned area.
Participate and/or lead global or local communication projects when required.
Contribute to develop and secure the information landscape, both internally and externally.
Create content and ensure IKEA tone of voice, IKEA visual identity, consistency and simplicity in the communication.
Coach, advice and support leaders (as the most important channel) and co-workers corresponding to the communication needs. Especially change communication.

We believe that you have:
University degree relevant to the communication area
Knowledge within Microsoft office, Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SharePoint, Easy research
Deep knowledge within change management and business understanding
A deep understanding of and honest belief in the values of the IKEA culture and a desire to live them in daily work
A self motivation and take initiative towards set objectives
Excellent communicator skills and are fluent in both spoken and written English
