About you
You are a creative and motivated Communication Specialist with passion for designing and producing internal communication materials such as web content, news, posters and presentation materials etc. You have good business understanding and strong and broad communication skills.
To succeed in this role you need to be a strong writer and have a passion for designing/producing communication materials. You need to be able to analyze complex business challenges and scenarios and develop communication strategy and solution to meet business and receiver needs. We also believe that you have a relevant education and/or experience from working with communication in a business environment. As a person you have a strong drive and a creative and open mindset. You are structured, thorough and capable to work in a complex organization - always with simplicity in mind.
About the job
As a Communication Specialist you lead, develop and support internal communication projects, develop and prepare content for a variety of internal communication materials, coach and support leaders and co-workers in communication. You also ensure the administration of our communication tools (e.g. intranet, workspace) and support the implementation of new communication solutions within organization.
About the assignment
Since we are working in a global context, it´s important that all our co-workers are fluent in English (written and spoken). For this specific role, you will also need exceptional interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have a professional writing and editing skills and you are proficient in Microsoft Office and graphics programs (Word, Power Point, Adobe). Also, you are flexible and able to work effectively under pressure. You are independent and creative and have ability to build trustful relations. We would like you to have a relevant experience in a communications role and a strong customer focus and ability to work in cross-departmental teams. Degree in communication, graphics design or humanities studies will be an additional asset
