COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

Job Description
We are currently looking for a Communication Specialist to our international client. The work can be done partly remotely, but site visits to the office in Ludvika will be needed.

In this role, you will develop and implement programs for internal and external communications within the assigned area of responsibility, in line with global business strategy, Corporate Communications strategy, corporate identity and brand positioning. The role also includes to develop and implement communications programs and messages including marketing communications, publicity, editorial support, web content, and direct marketing to educate and inform key stakeholders including customers, management, employees, trade media and interest groups.

Our client has expansion plans and will therefore apply for an extended environmental permit. They are looking for a communications consultant who has experience of the Swedish environmental permit process.

Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop relevant communication about the environmental permit.
- Prepare, organize and together with the company conduct the mandatory consultation with external stakeholders.
- Develop a communication plan.
- Review materials related to the consultation.
- Produce newspaper advertisements for the consultation.
- Manage stakeholder dialogues with all target groups together with designated spokespersons.
- Keeping information on the website up to date.

You can work from both Ludvika and Västerås. Stockholm works as well as long as you are open to travel to the office in Ludvika when needed.

Qualifications
- You have previous experience in working with communication in an environmental permit process.
- You have experience in managing media.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-10-31, with possible extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant. You can work from both Ludvika and Västerås.
