Communication Specialist

We are looking for a communication specialist/copywriter with focus on PR and with digital experience.
Välinge is continuously developing new technologies for the flooring and furniture industry. Our organization is growing fast and we need someone who loves chasing down the story, find the right angle and adapt it to different channels such as press release, social media, ads, intranet, or web for instance. 90% of the content you produce will be in English. In this role you have great possibilities to contribute to and develop Välinge’s communication internally and externally. As communication specialist/copywriter, it will be one of your tasks to bring extern web and intranet to life with relevant, engaging content.
You have experience creating outstanding content/texts for:
Newsletters
Press releases
Social media
Brochures, ads, power points etc.
Experience of writing for SEO is very valuable

Typical tasks:
Create and deliver Välinge’s global PR communications strategy, focusing on integrated PR campaigns that will engage with our target audiences (mainly B2B) and build brand awareness
Create fully tracked digital campaigns, quantify and measure ROI, analyze their effectiveness and take needed measures
Work with other team members (art director, marketing assistant, project manager) and internal stakeholders (e.g. business unit directors) to create new content for website, social media, press releases and other relevant channels



About you:
You enjoy working in an international environment where most communication is in English.
You have a proven ability to proactively build and maintain strong relationships on all levels of the organization.
You’re a self-starter with a hands-on approach making things happen.

Requirements:
3-5 years experience in above mentioned tasks
Fluent in English and Swedish (both spoken and written)
Experience in writing for innovation and technology driven companies and/or towards B2B is valuable
