Job Description
Communication initiatives run across a variety of both internal and external channels. As Communication Specialist you ensure that messages are communicated to target groups accurately and timely. You will provide strategic communications counsel, develop communication plans as well as execute on them through content production, message development and measurement. You will be part of continuously developing the internal communication platform and channel strategy where colleagues and teams are encouraged to actively communicate. Shaping our culture will be an important contribution as well.
Collaboration is key and as part of the communication team you will together with internal stakeholders drive proactive communication to build the Business Tech brand image with main focus on a strong employer brand that attracts future talents.
Qualifications
As Communication Specialist you play an important role in building a new communication function in a global context of agile way of working. You will contribute with your previous experience from driving cultural change to support the overall goals for Business Tech. Your ability to develop a strong and efficient network will be useful in this role where you get to challenge the status quo through constant improvement and when exploring new communication formats.
Both H&M Group Business Tech and you will benefit from your exceptional communication skills both in strategical manner as well as in practical execution. This means that you can combine strategic long-term thinking with the ability to lead, influence and inspire others.
You are motivated by creating something new, enjoy rolling up your sleeves to make it happen and easily move between strategic and operational tasks. Also, you thrive from executing in ambiguous situations, exploring new possibilities to solve difficult communication challenges and have a curious as well as brave attitude when it comes to both trouble-shooting and problem-solving. You have strong skills in producing high quality content in different formats and have a high proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
