Global Manufacturing (GM) is the organization within Essity which produces hygiene products such as toilet paper, household towels, napkins, incontinence pads, feminine pads and baby diapers. GM has more than 50 productions sites, with some 17,000 employees, in 19 countries across the world.

About the Role
Being the Communications Coordinator, you will support communication across our production sites. We are looking for a person who can utilize our existing communication channels but also bring new ideas and communication trends into our company. Having not only a creative mindset but also a structured way of working will help you in this role. A flair for online communication and social medias will be a plus.
The Communications Coordinator will ensure that communication deliverables are following the Essity graphic guidelines. You will secure an excellent level of English in our online and printed material, (e.g., newsletters, videos and internal websites) and perform proof-reading to secure content accuracy and style are meeting corporate and local requirements.
What You Will Do
Create content and manage internal communications channels, such as Yammer (internal social media platform), intranet pages and internal information screens
Produce and proof-read English texts
Video production, both filming and editing, in Adobe Premiere
Create printed material, using InDesign or equivalent tool
Taking photos and editing in Photoshop
Create attractive PowerPoint presentations for events, workshops and for online display
Plan, prepare and execute live events and conferences
Supporting our production sites with sustainability communication

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in media and/or communications.
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Excellent English, both written and spoken
