Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Create engaging job postings and advertisements to promote open positions.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and answering inquiries.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Utilize various communication channels, including social media, email, and networking events, to reach potential candidates.
Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and recruitment activities.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and organizations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
