You will report to the Vice President Communications Commercial Operations, Cluster Coordination & External Communications and have your base in Lund, Sweden. As a Communications Director, you will lead the development and implementation of communications strategies that support the long term business ambitions of both Sales Management (SM) and Technical Service (TS).You will be on the management teams of both organizations and will be a core member of the Tetra Pak External Communications team.You may expect to travel less than 50 days per year. Your main responsibilities will be to: Provide communications counsel and hands-on support to the SM and TS leadership teams Develop, drive and implement the internal communications agenda within each organization Define and implement external communications activities that support the business objectives of SM and TS Guide and align employees with communications responsibilities in the SM and TS organizations. Drive communication programmes to ensure all Tetra Pak employees are appropriately aligned behind SM and TS activities

Qualifications
You are an active listener and a strong team player - yet never fail to show decisiveness when needed.Your analytical mind and sharp business understanding enables you to quickly grasp the essence of a business issue and its communications implications.You have a sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Your cultural sensitivity in combination with a good portion of empathy and informal authority makes it easy for you to secure buy-in to your ideas and to form strong professional relationships with both peers and clients. You have more than six years of communications experience within either a corporate or a public relations agency setting.It is a strong plus if you have done strategic communication, coaching and advising of senior management.You have a solid understanding of communication strategy development and implementation as well as of communication techniques and possess superior skills in the core communications competencies.Leadership experience would be an advantage. You have an academic degree in a relevant area and stand out for your excellent English language skills - with a solid track record of excellence in written communication.
