Communications Manager

In this exciting new position you will combine the senior communication role; to drive internal and external communication strategies and activities in a business segment, with the responsibility of aligning communication strategies and messages with central organizations in the business divisions.  You will become a member of our global communication team and work closely with both central and local communicators.

About the job
Main tasks

Drive and execute prioritized communication strategies and activities in a business segment.
As member of the business segment management team take the communication perspective on strategic and tactical issues.
Define and prepare joint segment communication strategies and activities in order to create a rolling activity plan for the coming 12 to 36 months.
Be a professional speaking partner to and work in close cooperation with colleagues across the internal borders in line with the spirit of our “One Communications Team”.

 
Candidate profileYou need to be a self-driven and experienced marketer and communicator, with 5-7 years of documented qualified experience from leading, influencing and cooperating and with a focus on delivering results in an international environment. Preferably in an industrial company. Bachelor or Master degree in marketing and communications is required
Furthermore we expect you to;

Be creative, out-of-the box thinking combined with the ability to take charge and challenge others.
Be business-oriented with cross-cultural understanding, with a natural capacity for influencing and building strong networks and experience from working in matrix organizations.
Have excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
