Communications Manager

At Ework Group, we have decided to take our brand building and communications to the next level, which is why we are looking for a communications manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on setting the scene, creating a good story and building lots of relationships, internally as well as externally.
We are looking for a collaborative, self-driven communications manager, who will proactively build the communication for Ework Group and ensure that we always stay closely synced to what is happening in the market. You enjoy being part of building a team and processes, finding new ways of doing things and achieving goals together. You are a networker who makes contacts within as well as outside the organization and you understand and capture challenges in a sensitive way. Always with a business-driven perspective.
Some of your tasks and responsibilities
Develop, drive and anchor key concepts and initiatives that will strengthen the brand and market agenda
Conduct media and market monitoring, analysis and follow-up
Identify relevant topics for external communication and drive our PR agenda
Stakeholder management – set the right message and tone to the right party, including IR
Set up and implement a new internal communications strategy to increase transparency and empower brand culture
Arrange and drive various communication events both digitally and on-site

Requirements
Relevant educational background
Similar work experience
Fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
Experience from B2B communication for services is an advantage

But most importantly you have the will and energy to build a successful and streamlined communication in all our channels.
