We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The perfect candidate for this role is someone who is a skilled communicator with emphasis on digital production, experienced in managing communication channels and producing engaging content. You will work closely with the communications team to drive overall internal communications objectives that keep our employees informed and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage communication channels and maintain content calendars
Create and curate digital content and content plans for various communication channels, including video, social media posts, graphics, intranet articles and more
Provide feedback on communication strategies and improve content to align with company goals and messaging
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication channels and identify opportunities for improvement through KPIs (Audience Growth, Reach, Engagement, Conversion)
Ensure consistency of brand and messaging throughout all communication efforts
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Marketing & Consumer behavior, Business Administration
Strong digital competence and understanding of Social Media strategies
Preferably experience from an international environment
Highly effective in professional video creation
Experience from A3 problem solving methodology & lean methods
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills, additional languages are an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere pro
