COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Kvalifikationer
- Minimum 2 yerars of experience in Communication management and strategic communication.
- Knowledge of ADKAR and PLM.
- Experience of working in a complex international business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Sharepoint, GIS and ERP.
- Fluent in English in speech and writing.
- Bachelor's in communication or equivalent is preferable.
- Visual communication skills, filming and editing, is meritorious.

Job Description
To our client we are now looking for a Communications Manager! In the role you will support the PLM programs regarding communication activities, reporting to the program’s Change Management lead, as well as a dotted line to GIS Communications. The main goal is to secure a proactive and structured communication strategy and plan, in line with the change management plans in the program, as well as execute those planned activities. Focus on production, support, and coordination of communication activities on both a tactical and operational level.

The objectives for this role is:
- Secure a proactive and structured Communication Management approach in all Change Management activities in the areas of responsibility.
- Provide a cohesive communication approach throughout the program, coordinated with GIS communication, divisional communication, and other
- Group communication, including high level plan, activity schedule and execution.

Your tasks will among others be:
- Develop, maintain and adapt a compelling Change Story for the program and in conjunction with overall Group and GIS strategy.
- Build and manage a communication plan and adapt the messages to the target audiences and the change management plan.
- Create and maintain communication material, including presentations, SharePoint site, news, newsletters, articles, videos in accordance with the communication plan.
- Manage the program communication sites and news flow and more.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start 2023-08-14 and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-12-31 with possibility of extension.
