Are you passionate about communications and have experience from driving product launches in an international and technical environment?If so, the position as Communications Manager could be your next challenge.

Tetra Pak Processing Systems' mission is to become the preferred provider of production solutions and services to our customers within the five food categories; Dairy, Cheese, Ice Cream, Beverage and Prepared Food.The business area has 3.700 employees worldwide and accounts for around one billion Euro in sales.

As Communications Manager you will work in a highly skilled communications team where your focus will be on external communications related to product launches.To drive product launches from planning to follow up includes a high variety of duties, where you will face new challenges on a regular basis.To understand strategies and transform them into clear actions is, together with the ability to work both independently as in groups, crucial in this dynamic position.

Your main tasks will be to:
- Drive product launches
- Develop communication plans for selected market clusters
- Develop editorial material
- Support external events

Kvalifikationer

We are looking for an individual that can balance the operational duties of the role with a holistic approach.You use your personal drive to engage people and seek collaboration througout the organisation.You will be in charge of large projects so project management and planning skills are, as well as the ability to drive change, essential for you to succeed in this role.Finally you must possess excellent writing and presentation skills.

We believe that you have at least 3 years of working experience from a communications function with strategic elements.Experience from product launches is seen as highly meritorious as well as previous managerial experience, since informal leadership skills will contribute to your success.Your educational backround is preferrably from the communications area or equivalent.
