You will be based in Stockholm, at our multinational and diverse HQ on Kungsholmen


Tasks & Responsibilities
· Manage BA Europe communication strategy and initiatives around Sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion
· Ensure strong Employer of Choice positioning in Europe through storytelling around our D&I commitment
· Implement and support with internal and external events and communications to ensure all stakeholders are inspired and engaged on our business and sustainability goals, incl. through activating senior leadership communications
· Strongly support awareness and buy-in of Electrolux’ vision, business missions, and values among key stakeholders through storytelling across various channels to create high employee engagement
· Position Electrolux as leader in sustainability in Europe through covering our sustainability narrative in key media and placing leaders in important forums
· In collaboration with Marketing/Sales, provide customer-facing teams and clusters with key messages and provide them with guidance around key communications challenges specifically related to sustainability
· In collaboration with Group HR & Comms ensure our sustainability story in BA Europe is told externally and internally in a clear and engaging way (press releases, blog posts, copy for social media around sustainability, Group Sustainability report, intranet)
· Support with media relations activities including issues management
