Communications Manager to Saab in Malmö

Your role

Working within communications at Saab's Business area Kockums means that you will be part of a small but experienced team. You will plan and execute marketing and communication activities and act as an advisor within the organization.

Your main tasks will include:

* Project management of marketing and communication activities including budget, contact with suppliers
* Supporting the Business Units and Marketing & Product Sales as communication advisor and executor
* Planning and execution of internal and external events and conferences - digital as well as live , Supporting international campaigns and exhibitions
* Producing and publishing content for different communication channels
* Supporting Saab's storytelling efforts
* Driving and inspiring excellent communication supporting the business

This position includes travels mainly nationally but also internationally. It is important that you feel comfortable traveling almost every other week.

Job location: Malmö

In 2025 Kockums employees in Skåne will move to a new office in Lund.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has a pragmatic, service-minded and solution-oriented approach. Saab is a big organisation and the ability to establish and develop good relations both internally and externally are crucial. There are no tasks to simple or small for you to handle. Since we are a small team we work close together to get the job done.

You are a genuinely business- and operations oriented person. You have a bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or similar and 5-10 years' experience of working with marketing and communications. You have experience from handling a wide variety of assignments and we believe you might have worked as the single person responsible for the companies/entities marketing/communication or as part of a small team.

Other meritorious skills and experiences:

* Web- editing
* CS suite
* Basic photo and video editing
* Well Experienced in writing in Swedish and English
* Producing newsletters
* Planning and executing and evaluating different types of online marketing campaigns
* Creating and publish content for various Social Media-platforms

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will join other talented Communication Managers as a part of Saab's business area Kockums Communication team, and report to the Head of Communication, BA Kockums.
