Are you passionate about communication and would you like to work in an autonomous role where you have the opportunity to work with both internal and external communication?

As a Communications Officer you will carry out communications activities internally and also help with external product communication. You will be responsible and/or contribute to key channels supporting internal communications in this part of the organisation i.e. intranet presence, newsletters, meetings/events, videos, etc.

As a person you are a driver and a team player. You are proactive, creative, and result oriented. You have excellent interpersonal, networking skills and a multi-cultural empathy. You are reliable and can act independently with well defined communications projects and deliverables.

This is a temporary position until end of 2014 due to parental leave. The position is based in Lund.

Main responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and advise to the sales organisation on communication activities
- Drive, project lead and write Newsletter
- Support launch of new products and develop customer-faced material and internal
information to Market Companies to leverage the credentials of our products
- Manage the intranet
- Project management for external events e.g. trade shows
- Advice and support the organization in communication matters


Qualifications

Successful candidates have an academic degree in Communications or a similar discipline, in combination with at least three years experience from a closely related function. A combination of strong project management skills, ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines is essential. To be able to succeed in this position, excellent presentation skills, writing skills as well as strong command of new communication media and tools are needed. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential and a good general business understanding is required. Swedish should be excellent (written and spoken).

Tetra Recart® is the first retortable carton package designed for shelf-stable products traditionally filled in cans, glass jars or pouches (foods like vegetables, beans, tomatoes, pet food, soups and sauces). Food is sterilized inside the Tetra Recart package and stays fresh for up to 24 months.
