Communications Officer at Donya Labs

Donya Labs AB has developed a unique software (Simplygon(TM)) to automatically optimise advanced 3D graphics. Donya Labs AB is a privately held company based in Sweden. The company today is a leading tools provider for the gaming industry and dedicated to helping professional creators and users of 3D data to optimize their content pipelines and streamline their workflows. Donya Labs has plans for a rapid geographic expansion as well as a broadening of the offer.

For Donya Labs, Skill is recruiting a Communications Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Development of media and marketing material, ensure that it is well expressed and up to date
• Manage the company website, content management with updates, and support the development and use of social media platforms, responsible for SEO activities
• Development of webinars
• Assist in preparations of events, conferences and exhibitions. Follow up on leads and prospects generated from the events.
• MAnagement of ad-marketing
• Handle all communcation with advertising and PR partners
• Write press releases and respond to media inquiries
• Ongoing evaluation and review opportunities to improve Symplygons communication activities to ensure target audiences are being effectively reached
• At times you might assist our CFO with billing and accounts payable

Requirements:

• A marketing degree; academic, IHM or equivalent
• Experience from tasks such as writing press releases, ads, web content etc.
• Experience from organizing and planning of events and meetings
• Ability to work towards deadlines under time pressure
• Familiar with social media
• Fluent in English
• Act on given tasks, proactive and ready to contribute to the organizations needs be prepared to contribute where the organization needs you the most
• Organized and structured as many of the tasks include planning and follow up
