On April 1, 2010, Sandvik's internal Human Resources (HR) Service Center opened under the name HRdirect, located in Sandviken.The organization has the task of developing the areas of common interest within HR between Sandvik's three business areas and Sandvik AB in Sweden.HRdirect is responsible for, among other things, recruiting and administrative personnel issues, as well as providing administrative service and support for Sandvik employees.We are now looking for a Communications Professional.The position is based in Sandviken, Sweden.Key performance areas As Communications Professional your duties include: - Communicating with all of the organization's interested parties via a variety of media, with an emphasis on the intranet - Establishing communications plans for larger and smaller projects - Developing the internal communications structure and supporting Sandvik's work with employer branding, etc.- Supporting other smaller units with similar responsibilities within Sandvik AB (the parent company), as part of the operational function - Supporting the internal organization's workers and managers through, for example, proof-reading documents in Swedish and English The position also includes taking a common overall responsibility for the organization's strategic and tactical development together with other members of the management team; i.e., the position of Communications Professional is part of the organization's management team.As Communications Professional, you report to the HR Coordinator for Sweden, which is the organization's top manager.Your profile We are looking for someone with a university education in market/communications and/or journalism, as well as five years' experience of a similar position.You are a writer with good stylistic and pedagogical skills who knows how to formulate, edit and distribute information in both Swedish and English.Extensive knowledge of intranet publication, preferably using Lotus Notes as a tool, is a requirement.Experience of working in a process-oriented manner is meritorious, as is good general computer skills.As an individual, you are independent, take initiative and are service-minded, with good analytical abilities.You have a good command of the language and are clear and precise in your communication.A prerequisite for this position is excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.Recruiter Irene Sveen
