Communications Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Product and Solutions Communications team in Stockholm.
We are seeking a tech-interested communications professional with outstanding project management skills. In this position, you will lead the production of communication plans and promotional material focused on the outcomes and customer benefits of our service and digital offerings.
You will work closely with colleagues across our Marketing, Rental & Service, Digital Solutions and Decision Intelligence organizations, proactively engaging with them to develop content that strengthens Xylem’s brand recognition as a partner to our customers’ digitalization journey.
Responsibilities
Build an understanding of how our service model enables our customers to optimize their operations and developing a plan to effectively communicate these benefits.
Producing marketing collateral that leverages the outcomes of our standardized service bundles together with new, smart and connected solutions that enable digital services.
Build an understanding of Xylem’s digitalization strategy, and create promotional materials that focus on our customers’ needs and challenges providing a clear view of our solutions’ outcomes.Support Europe’s Solution Selling Team by creating collateral that targets customers and potentials on an executive level and leverages information on Xylem’s technology and expertise.
Leading the creative process of promotional material production, to secure it is in line with the project’s objectives and follows our branding guidelines.
Identifying the need for new digital marketing assets to promote our digital service offerings and ensuring their distribution across local markets.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing studies
A minimum of three years working in communications, with a focus on advertisement/promotion and in project management roles
Experience working in projects that require collaboration with subject matter experts and colleagues with different professional and cultural backgrounds
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Experience working within an international, matrix organization, is a strong advantage
