We are seeking a Communications Project Manager for our gaming client. Please note that prior experience in Internal Communication and Copywriting is essential for success in this role.

The Chief of Staff team is seeking a skilled individual to lead and manage internal communications initiatives that support and empower the rest of the studio. The team’s primary focus is on strategic planning, global communications, and operational excellence, ensuring that the Head of Studio and Leadership team can effectively drive the success of all studio teams. In this role, you will engage in a wide range of projects and initiatives within Internal Communications, including organizing and facilitating meetings and collaborating with various teams across the studio to ensure smooth implementation.

Shared Team Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Operations Strategist to develop and execute both global and local communication strategies.
• Assess requirements and desired outcomes for internal communication initiatives, and draft briefs and proposals for stakeholder evaluation and approval.
• Monitor the progress of projects and workstreams, providing regular updates to the Chief of Staff team, stakeholders, and the Stockholm studio.
• Recognize opportunities and address challenges to enhance operational excellence in internal communications within the Stockholm studio.
• Contribute to the Global Communications virtual team by collaborating on global and local communication efforts, and assist in coordinating global projects and initiatives.
• Assist the Chief of Staff with planning and organizing studio and team events, including all-hands meetings, retrospectives, and team offsites.
• Provide project management support for other initiatives within the Chief of Staff team as required.

Requirements:

• Lead strategic project management for digital initiatives, including tasks such as implementing strategies, gathering requirements, managing timelines and communications, assembling project teams, collaborating with stakeholders, assessing rollout and training needs, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating across various teams.
• Experience in a Digital Operations or Production role.
• Skilled in pragmatic, context-driven problem-solving.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings, utilizing digital conferencing tools effectively.
• Excellent collaborator, stakeholder manager and communicator.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Experience using MS applications is advantageous.
• Background in working with internal communications or related projects within a global organization.
