The Uni3 by Geely campus is a symbolic project, demonstrating Geely’s long-term commitment to its development in Gothenburg and Sweden. The project is developed and managed by Geely Innovation Centre Management AB (GIC), located in the campus.
The facilities make up an open campus of over 105,000 m² located in central Gothenburg. It offers a wide range of experiences to many, from tenants to students and professionals at Lindholmen as well as the public in Gothenburg.
Communications Specialist
We´re looking for an experienced Communications Specialist, supporting in a broad perspective:
· Communication with internal as well as external key stakeholders in the Geely group.
· Work and align with the GIC organization’s departments on communication-related tasks
· Driving projects in various areas of the development of the communications department
· Manage agency work and deliverables for GIC and Uni3 brands.
· Support by coordinating meetings and hosting, coordinate Chinese visits and liaison with Geely colleagues in China.
· Develop presentation material for reports and promotions
· Translation from/to Chinese, and occasionally supporting with Chinese language related tasks.
· Administrative tasks with Purchasing and digital asset management
We would like you to bring your experiences and qualifications:
· Proven experience within practical communications work
· Project management skills
· Fluent in English and Chinese.
· Basic knowledge in digital tools for graphics and video
· Outgoing personality and a flexible mindset.
· Ability to perform on an operational level.
The position is a 12-months temporary employment, full time, and you will report to Head of PR, Communications and Governmental Relations.
