Due to a maternity leave we are now looking for a Communication Specialist for an exciting temporary position spanning over approximately 15 months.

The Communications Specialist is part of Lantmännen's Group HR & Communication, a team with other high-performing, dedicated and motivated employees. Your colleagues in the team work with closely related processes and tools like people branding, competence- & leadership development, external communication and social media, diversity, values, and recruitment.
This is what you will do
As Communications Specialist you will be a specialist in the art of internal and external communication. You will take a communicative responsibility in various projects, all from leading the communication plan to creating content - presentations, write articles and work with layout and copy working - for Group common communication channels, such as our employee magazine, internal and external webb and social media. You will be the editor in chief of Lantmännen's digital employee magazine Field to Fork - which means everything from prioritizing and creating content to coordinating the production with translation, layout and digital distribution. You will be part of the Lantmännen press office handling press related questions and questions from interested public. You will also be involved in the team's overall work to develop and improve communications at Lantmännen. We are a group that wants to deliver world class communication internally and externally.
The position is placed at our headquarter at Kungsholmen in Stockholm. You will be reporting to the Director Communication & People Growth.
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- Relevant post-secondary education within communication, marketing or relevant discipline.
- A few years of experience from working with communication and webb.
- Excellent communication and writer skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to simplify complex information and communicate in an attractive way.
- Accustomed to working in project form meeting deadlines as well as collaborating with different parties, both internally and externally, with a strong will to understand the business.
- You have experience and knowledge from working with layout and image editing, a plus if you have knowledge of EpiServer.
