Who is your future team?
Communications is a unit within Corporate Marketing responsible for the group brand strategy, general corporate, editorial, thought leadership and marketing communication, as well as channels such as events, customer experience center, PR, blog, and social media.
As Communications specialist, employer branding you are part of the Strategic Content Communication team in the Communications unit. We are a highly collaborative team that works cross-functionally within various functions at Axis and are based at our headquarters in Lund, Sweden.
What you'll do here as Communications specialist, Employer branding
As a fast-growing company, employer branding is an important part of Axis overall marketing strategy, to attract and retain potential and current employees. Managing the external communications aspect of employer branding, you will be an important contributor to Axis content and potential employees' experience of Axis employer brand by providing engaging and purpose-driven communication.
In this role, you will plan and execute the communication and marketing for successful employer branding, such as career pages and Life at Axis blog on axis.com, and global activation on social media. Working closely with our employer branding specialists globally and regionally within HR, you will deliver key employer stories and amplify these stories across channels - ensuring that the messaging reflects our brand and employer objectives.
Main responsibilities:
* Plan and execute the communication and marketing for successful employer branding that affects recruitment of new employees, retention and engagement of current employees, and the overall perception of the organization in the market.
* Drive content creation and review pieces of employer branding assets, such as blog posts, employee video testimonials, and social media ads
* Collaborate with global and local teams to further develop and improve our employer branding work.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person with a passion for finding ways to attract and engage top talent.
We'd love to hear that you have strong interpersonal skills. You're able to work with different teams towards a common goal. As a person you are an open minded, solution oriented and a prestige less team player. You are interested in and can navigate in a high tech B2B environment. You have at least 3 years of experience in marketing or communication regarding employer branding, or similar role, and relevant education.
