Communications Strategy Manager

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Communications Strategy Manager to share Enerpoly’s vision for energy with stakeholders including customers, partners, investors, and the media. You will join our exceptional team in Stockholm and have a significant role in unifying our brand as we deliver one of the most promising battery technologies to the market and bring the world closer to 100% renewable energy.


The Communications Strategy Manager will report directly to the CEO and manage branding, SEO, content creation and media relations efforts, including coordination with all relevant external service providers. This role will work closely with other team members to refine and maintain our brand and communication guidelines, and will work to both serve current communication needs and create new opportunities.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead the charge in brand refinement, communication, and PR, working closely with commercial sales efforts to achieve results throughout the marketing funnel


Define KPIs for success of campaigns to reach direct customers, investors, and end-users of our technology
Innovate in lead generation for an uncommon business model in an established industry. Combine best practices across different industries to formulate a new model for marketing our technology to our customers.



Skills & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Exceptional written and spoken English language grammar and understanding of word connotations. Native mastery preferred.
Skilled in communicating ideas in a clear, concise, and creative manner.
Experience with structured marketing campaigns and
Driven to build strategic relationships within marketing, the Nordics, and Europe and to play a significant role in growing a disruptive technology startup’s brand recognition and reputation in a large industry with powerful players.
