To find a Team Leader that can deliver sensational customer service to the global parthenon strategy; 'inspire our customers and be their champion', to drive improvement of work processes and tools, and ensure effective issue resolution. ARBETSUPPGIFTER As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a team of representative and plan, direct, supervise and evaluate the work flow. You will drive the resolution of customer issues and build relationships with suppliers. Your job will also include recognizing and recommending operational improvements, to monitor performance of staff members according to established monitoring standards and recommend improvements. The position may also include approval of special price concessions, quotes, bid allowances, or adjustments. It may also include hiring decisions. Your roll as a Team Leader means you will be motivating and building team spirit. UTBILDNING/ERFARENHET We are looking for you with travel industry experience preferably in similar company and it is considered a merit if you have supervisory role and sales.
