Digital After Sales Communication Coordinator

Samsung is looking for a Digital After Sales Communication Coordinator to work in Customer Service Department´s CX team with focus on providing an effortless Customer Centric After Sales Support.

Day to day tasks include community dialogue, keeping brand tone of voice, quality assure content, content adjustments, statistics and handle local market requests of content publications and after sales surveys. The Digital Customer Experience Lead will support you in content plans and content creations provided by our Content Production Center.

You will work closely with colleagues across Nordics to share experiences and topics from the community and survey results and drive for improvements in terms of communication. This role is new and will develop over time so you will also take part of establishing the way of working and influence responsibilities.

You should be a ‘people person’ with great ability to moderate online conversations with our community. The ideal candidate is interested in tech and stays updated on new products and features, loves our brand, has a customer service mentality and has passion for engaging with people.

Responsibilities

- Content adaptations
- Providing engaging texts for Community and other communication channels
- Publish content including QA
- Statistics & Analysing
- Consumer dialogue - Reply to comments and questions across channels give tips and delegate harder tech-questions to Customer Support center
- Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets
- Coordination of technical customer support issues


Requirements

- Fluent in English, other Nordic language is meriting
- Excellent writing skills
- Two years of Social Media platform experience or proven work experience with communities
- Basic Photoshop skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Loves technology
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communications
- Digital Marketing fundamental understanding




Contract: 2-year consultancy contract with start asap. Fulltime job.
