ChromaWay AB is looking for a junior/mid-level community leader to join its subdivision “Chromia Innovation Lab & Chromia Incubation Program”. The job is based in the heart of Stockholm, Sweden.
We are looking for someone with experience in IT/ blockchain communities - alternatively someone with general knowledge and experience in different areas of communication within a tech company.
The role requires exceptional oral and written communication skills and experience in developing engaging content. You should be a “people-person” with great understanding of customer service and have the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
You will work closely with the business team to understand the education and business targets, processes, and requirements on how to best support the community.

About you
As a person, you are self-driven, service-minded and know how to prioritize your time well. You take ownership of your projects and see them through to delivery with innovative and agile methods.
You have a strong personal and analytical drive with practical capabilities. Furthermore you have the drive to learn new things and like to work on finding new solutions at the current edge of technology.
Key responsibilities:
Help coordinate events and remote/in-person meetups with our innovation community.
Coordinate announcements, community content posting, and day-to-day planning with stakeholders (companies, experts, mentors, advisors, product managers, etc).
Develop editorial content for the project to support the community by engaging them in all possible channels.
Create, moderate and foster our communities using the tools like Discord, zulip, slack.
Use graphical design and video post-production tools to create and modify content.
Collaborate independently with internal and external subject matter experts.
Manage, grow and cultivate healthy and inclusive communities for the Innovation Lab by designing and implementing the most adapted yet compelling community strategy for the project.
Feed actionable community feedback to marketing and development teams with structured community sentiment reporting.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Creating and using consistent branding with presentations and online training modules.
Coordination with incubation teams, innovation lab team members, and ChromaWay’s internal and external expert pools & organizations.

Skills and requirements:
Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within community- and social media management. Or 1-2 years of experience working at a digital agency in a creative field, preferably copywriting.
Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
Previous experience in running Discord communities (Slack or Zulip experience is equivalent)
Have 1-2 years of IT/Graphical Design/Video Post-production experience
