OM TJÄNSTEN
The Polestar Community Management team works proactively and reactively by engaging with Polestars community in a timely, personalised Polestar way. They do this by responding and interacting with their community of fans, followers and customers to make sure that they all feel seen and appreciated, every day, along their journey with Polestar.

This role is a new role where you will take lead within our new Polestar community. The role is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Torlanda - a top class working environment.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As Polestars Community Management Specialist your role is to create, run and maintain a new Polestar community. You’ll engage with fans and followers, customers and prospective customers, as well as monitor and listen to relevant online communities. Further on you will:


* Align and coordinate your work with the Central CM team and Polestar Support, as well as the Global and Local Marketing and PR teams
* Work closely with the Central CM team to align with Polestar’s communication objectives
* Stay up-to-date with the digital world (social media, forums, blogs)


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* University degree in Communication or relevant field of Marketing/Comms


* Proven experience within community building and maintenance. Same within the social sphere, you’re a personal user of social media channels
* Well experienced within tech
* Excellent English skills, written as well as verbal communication
* Understands the importance of community communication and online communication for brands
* Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels


Meritorious:


* Well experienced within automotive industry automotive industry
