Community Manager

We are moving consultations online and provide a service that gives the patient the best possible health care experience, regardless of location. Our headquarters are located in Stockholm and we’re expanding internationally, with local products already live in Norway and Spain.

Given the virtual model by which KRY’s doctors meet patients, community management and internal communications is crucial in informing and empowering our decentralised workforce. We are now looking for a world-class Community Manager to our Medical Operations team.

What you’ll do- Own and develop our community and internal communications strategy towards medical doctors and psychologists
- Develop online and offline communication channels and devise subsequent channel strategies
- Create cross-functional process for planning and executing internal communications across a wide range of objectives and audiences
- Develop and execute all forms of internal communications, mostly in written form, and secure effective implementation through CRM, video, live and offline channels
- Secure cross-functional implementation of employer branding activities

Who you are- 3-5 years experience in a communications or community management role, preferably in healthcare, tech or professional services
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills
- Knowledge of video production, editing and publishing
- Superior project management, planning and time management skills
- Ability to thrive and deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering results despite quickly shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Digitally savvy, analytical and experienced of various digital marketing and communications tools
- Written and spoken fluency in Swedish and English; additional EU languages a plus

You will work closely with the Medical Operations management team and many other departments covering communications needs across medical, business and technology fields.
