Nordic Viewpoint is an independent market research company based in Mölndal, that conducts qualitative and quantitative consumer and B2B research across the Nordics.
To improve our participant targeting and our panel growth, we are currently looking for a Community Manager.
The Community Manager is responsible for:
Developing short- and long-term targeting strategies to grow exposure and increase the network of participants to our research projects
Creating social media, digital and physical campaigns to reach out to specific target groups in our markets
Coordinating the Panel quality/growth and ensuring that routines for updating the participant data are in place and comply with GDPR and industry standards
Assisting Project Managers in their strategy and budget management for specific target groups
Part of the team that will manage future community system developments
Who are you?
You are sociable, creative and have a genuine interest in people
You love everything related to social media, digital media and creativity
You understand targeting and understand what makes a campaign work
You are flexible, service-minded and a team player
You are fluent in English and Swedish (other languages are welcome)
You have experience working with creative software, Office package and digital marketing platforms. Experience working with SQL, html, is a plus but not a requirement
Previous experience in a similar role and experience/knowledge of the Market research industry is valued
