Community Manager

We're currently looking for a Community Manager who's excited to join our marketing and publishing team and work closely with our studios and games. In this role, you'll have ownership of your area and be able to let your ideas and creativity fly. You're someone who wants to create and manage social media content while interacting with the communities. We want someone who's a gamer at heart and passionate about building and maintaining relationships with influencers, streamers, and content creators as we share our games with the world!

We’re looking for someone who

- Has extensive experience working with influencers, streamers, and content creators.

- Has a knack for creating and managing content/posts and interacting with gaming communities on various social media platforms such as Twitter, TikTok and Discord.

- Is very familiar with the gaming landscape and doing marketing research to find, for example, appropriate streamers and communities based on their previously played games.

- Is able to support building the go to market strategies and beats for our upcoming game and product launches.

- Great communication skills both internally and externally to various partners.

- Is comfortable to communicate in English, both verbally and written.

Highly desirable

- Strong project management skills.

- Basic knowledge of the key elements of brand management including market analysis, target audience, competitive landscape, product positioning.

- An organized team player who wants to participate in and foster a healthy & effective dynamic within the team.

- Able to work within an established budget and timelines and communicate it with the team.

Bonus

- Able to work in Uppsala every now and again.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience
