As a Community Manager for Crusader Kings III , you act as the voice of our games in the community, and the voice of our fans in your team. You are an active participant in the discussion on forums and social media and participate as the main point of contact during our community activities.
You are a key player in creating a positive feedback loop between the community and our marketing and development teams, giving you an important role in shaping future development of our products.
In your day to day, you work within the Crusader Kings III product team, coordinating and executing on the animation, moderation, and management of the community and social media channels, as well as the execution of community centric marketing beats and patch notes.
You plan the content and make sure it is posted on time, while also providing reports on reach, engagement and community sentiment to your team and partners.
On a bigger scale you work on the projects Community Plan, setting targets around community engagement and reach. You also coordinate one or more freelance Community Ambassadors that help you to reach your Community goals.
Skills we are searching for:
Experience building and nurturing audiences in social media and creating lively, engaging content for a consumer audience.
Experience in copywriting and content creation/management.
Both excellent proactive and reactive communication skills.
A deep understanding of and interest in video game culture and communities.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
