Job description
Dynapac Customer Center Scandinavia is looking for an experienced Dealer Manager and sales person for Compact Equipment who can develop our dealer network for Compact Equipment in Scandinavia and support and sell in our direct regions. You will be the driving force in the success of Compact Equipment growth reporting to our General Manager. You must enjoying several ongoing tasks at the same time and have a very strong drive and being able to create a plan and work based on it. Have an open mind for finding new ways forward.
This position is a direct report to General Manager CC Scandinavia and works in close cooperation with our dealers and the rest of the sales team.
Main mission:
- Develop a dealer network in Scandinavia, and generate growth.
- Support direct sales in Sweden and Norway.
- Set up dealer plans and follow up.
- Key account customer in direct markets.
- Create campaigns and follow up.
- Contact with division on marketing and sales issues

Experience
To be successful in this position you have to have a firm experience from sales and dealer development and management. You have to have a very high customer focus and a solid business understanding for long-term sustainability.
· Proven experience on sales and dealer management.
· Proven experience from dealer development.
· Preferred experience from the construction machinery sector.
· Good understanding on prioritizing based on best value.
Knowledge / Educational requirements
· Degree in sales or similar by experience.
· Good written and oral communication.
· Working knowledge of Office package.
· Fluency in English and other Nordic language meriting

Selfdriven, team player who takes ownership and communicates well with colleagues
Open to change and pro-active
Good interpersonal skills, positive minded

· True interest in develop and creating value and relations.
· Be very well organized. Have broad and open mind to solve different type of problems that occur.
