Company Assistant - CSR Sweden AB The Company Assistant will have an administrative role to support the CSR Sweden management team and staff in matters related to Office Administration, HR matters, Financial matters, Communications and Information Management. Work description Support the staff with daily administrative tasks.Handle daily office administration tasks at CSR Sweden, such as travel bookings, mail handling, office services and meeting arrangements.Support the Office Manager and Managing Director with financial administration, such as preperation of invoices, expense claims, etc.Support the Office Manager in contacts with suppliers of office services and facility management Support the Management Team in internal- and external communication.Support the Office Manager in order to develop, maintain and archive company documentation.
