Compensation and benefits specialist

About the role
The International Remuneration and Benefits (IRB) Team is looking for a Compensation & Benefits specialist. You will be involved in the different processes for both local and international employees within the Atlas Copco Group. You will also be involved in different projects in the compensation and benefits field.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Maintain Master data in the different systems and platforms relating to remuneration, STI, LTI and benefits.
• Analyze market salary data and assist companies in creating their salary structure
• Compare different sets of salary data
• Evaluate and assign job classifications and International Position Evaluations
• Global mobility: prepare offerings for International mobile employees
• Retirement benefits: assist with the administration of the different pension plans for international mobile employees
• Insurances for the international mobile employees: administer members and cover in the different insurance policies
In addition, you will be introduced into the policies, guidelines and practices of the Atlas Copco Group and provide ad hoc support to the IRB Team. You will report to the Group Executive and International Remuneration Managers, Nathalie Van den Bossche and Anette Björk, and cooperate closely with the IRB team in Belgium and Sweden.
You will mainly be in close contact with IRB team, Atlas Copco ISIT Support Team, external consultants and Atlas Copco Holding HR Managers.

What we expect from you
To be successful in this position we believe that you are a recent graduate or have a few years of experience working with compensation and benefits in a similar cross functional area in an international environment. You must be business oriented and possess a good understanding of general concepts of business flows and processes. You have a bachelor’s degree and are fluent in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of other language is an asset. You have excellent MS Office skills, in particular MS Word and Excel. Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
The person we are looking for is a self-starter who is logical and analytical and is eager to get things done correctly and professionally. We are looking for a process-oriented person who is able to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines and demonstrates efficient planning. The candidate should be an excellent team player, enthusiastic and should enjoy working independently with investigative work in a small team.
Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Location
The position can be located in Stockholm, Sweden or Wilrijk, Belgium.
