About the role
In order to further strengthen the International Remuneration and Benefits (IRB) Team we are now looking for two Compensation & Benefits specialists. As Compensation & Benefits specialist, you will be involved in the different processes for both local and international employees within the Atlas Copco Group. You will also be involved in different projects in the compensation and benefits field.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Global mobility: prepare offerings for international mobile employees
Answer questions on the mobility policies and employment set-ups
Support the business in the yearly salary review process
Handle master data and operational activities in the different systems and platforms relating to global mobility, remuneration, short term incentives, long term incentives and benefits
Benefits and insurances for international mobile employees
Analyze market salary data and assist companies in creating their salary structure
Evaluate and assign job classifications and International Position Evaluations
Support in ad hoc questions and projects
In addition, you will be introduced into the policies, guidelines and practices of the Atlas Copco Group. You will report to the Group Executive and International Remuneration manager, Nathalie Van den Bossche or Anette Björk, and cooperate closely with the IRB team in Belgium and Sweden. You will mainly be in close contact with Divisional VP HR Managers, Atlas Copco IS/IT Support Team and Atlas Copco Holding and Local HR Managers.

What we expect from you
For this position, we are looking for someone who:
Is a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree
Is fluent in written and spoken English with good communication skills
Has excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Word and Excel
Good to have:
Knowledge in additional languages
Experience with the tool SAP SuccessFactors
It is a merit if you have previous experience working with compensation and benefits in a similar cross functional area in an international environment
Furthermore, experience from positions that require business orientation and a good understanding of general concepts of business flows and processes will be to your advantage
The person we are looking for is a self-starter who is logical, analytical and is eager to get things done correctly and professionally. We are looking for a process-oriented person who is able to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines and demonstrates efficient planning. The candidate should be an excellent team player, enthusiastic and should enjoy working independently in a small team.
Location
The position can be located in Stockholm, Sweden or Wilrijk, Belgium.
